MITIN Conference Centers are owned and operated by Vermiljoen Conference Center Sdn. Bhd. (1195141-M), a Malaysian private limited company located in Kuala Lumpur.  Vermiljoen Conference Center Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly-owned subsidary of Vermiljeon Sdn. Bhd. (1095652-A), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vermilion Ltd., a Japanese corporation in Tokyo, Japan.

MITIN Conference Centers started in 2016 with 2 centers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It provides professionally setup conference and meeting rooms that cater to corporate and other users. At MITIN, we seek to facilitate the meeting of minds, ideas and opinions.


Hitoshi Hasegawa

Tosh is the Chairman of Vermilion Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan. He has been instrumental in formulating the MITIN concept and regularly assists the team on strategic matters as a director. Tosh graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and from the Univesity of Minnesota Law School with a Juris Doctor. He was previously a partner of Morrison & Foerster LLP and a managing director of The Carlyle Group. He had also worked at Softbank Corp., Lone Star Japan Acquisitions LLC and Creed Corp.

Lee Bing Loon

Bing Loon is the Vice President - Marketing & Sales of Vermiljoen Conference Center Sdn. Bhd. and a member of its board of directors. Bing Loon graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance. Following his graduation, he joined KPMG and worked in its audit department in Singapore. After he returned to Malaysia from Singapore, he joined Ng Chan Mau & Company Sdn. Bhd., a premiere auction house in Kuala Lumpur. He joined Vermiliion in 2015. Bing Loon is a licensed auctioneer in Kuala Lumpur as well as in Selangor.

Kenji Watari 

Kenji Watari is the Vice President - Finance/Accounting of Vermiljoen Conference Center Sdn. Bhd. Since 1999, Kenji has worked in a wide variety of roles within the company's funds management businesses including the structuring and launching of its private real estate funds.  He played a leading role in the establishment of USD500 million Japanese real estate fund, after which he headed up the accounting and reporting team for all the funds managed by the company. He has a Master’s degree in applied statistics from University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the College of Business of University of Illinois.
